Susan M. Schauf is extraordinarily qualified to provide legal services in her chosen areas of expertise. Ms. Schauf graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School in 1978. At the time, the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School was rated twelfth in the nation. Ms. Schauf is a member of both the state bars of Wisconsin and Arizona, as well as of several federal bars, including the bar of the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Schauf has practiced law in Pima County and Southern Arizona for over 29 years. Ms. Schauf has served as a judge on the Tucson Municipal Court, the Pima County Justice Court and the Pima County Superior Court, the last appointment being still current and having lasted for over 15 years. Ms. Schauf was a Real Estate Specialist certified by the State Bar of Arizona from 1991 - 2006. Ms. Schauf has been certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona since 2003. Ms. Schauf has served on several professional committees of the State Bar of Arizona, has been a director of the Arizona Foundation For Legal Services & Education (the charitable arm of the State Bar of Arizona) and has worked as a director on the board of several local and international charitable endeavors including the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson, Casa de los Ninos and The Castaway Kids.
